Classic flan:
Coconut flan:

(makes seven 6 oz custard cups)

⅔ cup (140 g) sugar
⅓ cup (70 ml) water

Pumpkin custard:
⅔ cup (200 g) steamed pumpkin
2 large eggs
3 large egg yolks
⅓ cup (70 g) sugar
1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
